I am only able to ship within the United States for purchases made from hillsofclay.com.  For shipping to other countries, please visit my Etsy site and request a custom order if the item you wish to purchase is listed here.  The buyer is responsible for all customs fees.  Purchases will be shipped within 5-7 days of placing an order.  All purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation.

International shipping rates for orders place through my Etsy site are $10.00 for the first item, with additional items adding $4.00 per item.

Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.  All payments are made through Google Checkout, which uses industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to encrypt your purchase information during transmission.  You will need to create an account if you do not already have one.  According to their privacy policy, Google will not share your full credit card number with sellers, and they will not disclose personally identifiable information about your purchase history to advertisers or merchants.

It is my hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact me.  I will issue a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling costs).  All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Please email me prior to returning the product.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For health and sanitation reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
