Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes.  If you are looking for something specific, I would be happy to try to make it for you.  Please contact me with a description of what you are looking for.  Prices for custom pieces will depend on the cost of materials and time needed to complete the piece.

Do you make things other than necklaces?

Yes.  In looking at my gallery, you will see that I make mainly necklaces and earrings.  I can also make bracelets, although I have not done many.  The main reason that I have mostly necklaces in my store is that I started making jewelry for myself for fun.  Any earrings I made, I then wore.  I do not often wear bracelets, so I have not made many.  Keep an eye out for new earrings and bracelets in the future.

How do I place an order?

When you find an item you are interested in purchasing, click the "Add to cart" button next to the product you are interested in.  When you are done shopping and are ready to checkout, click "view cart" if it is not already visible.  Then click on the Google Checkout logo.  On the next page, you will need to either log in or create an account.  Once you are logged in, provide the information requested to finish the checkout process.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment must be made by credit or debit card.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.  All payments are made through Google Checkout, which uses industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to encrypt your purchase information during transmission.  You will need to create an account if you do not already have one.  According to their privacy policy, Google will not share your full credit card number with sellers, and they will not disclose personally identifiable information about your purchase history to advertisers or merchants.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.  Please see the policies page for more detailed shipping information.

Can you ship to addresses outside of the United States?
I am only able to ship internationally through my Etsy site.  If you see something that you would like to purchase that is listed on hillsofclay.com, you can go to my Etsy shop and request a custom order.  Simply tell me in your request which piece it is that you would like.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within the first 30 days after purchase.  You must contact me prior to returning the piece.  Earrings and custom pieces cannot be returned.  Please see the policies page for the complete return policy.
